Comprehensive Plan Update
What will Vienna's future look like?
Vienna is updating its Comprehensive Plan, the community’s long-range roadmap (10–20 years) for how land is used, how we move around, where parks and public facilities are needed, and how the Town grows sustainably and equitably. The plan doesn’t change zoning by itself, but it sets the vision and policies that guide future zoning updates, capital investments, and development decisions.
