Report Streetlight Outages and Dim Bulbs

Streetlight outages are serviced by Dominion Energy. To report an outage, call 866-DOM-HELP (866-366-4357) or visit Dominion Energy’s Streetlight Outages page.

When making a report via phone or web form, have the streetlight’s nearest address and pole number handy. The pole number is clearly displayed as an alphanumeric series that contains either nine or four letters and numbers (for example, “B1831 RL22” or “ND66”).
