Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals:

- Grants special exceptions, conditional uses, and variances to developmental standards.
- Hears appeals of decisions made by the zoning administrator.
- Helps property owners with special situations find relief when there is good and sufficient cause.
