Vienna Connect is the Town of Vienna’s convenient app for residents to report non-emergency issues or requests directly to Town staff.

Requests submitted through Vienna Connect are monitored during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. If you submit a request after hours, on a weekend, or during a holiday, a staff member will follow up with you on the next business day.

In case of emergency:
Call 911 for immediate police, fire, or emergency medical assistance.

For urgent water or sewer issues (such as water main breaks or sewer backups), call 703-255-6366.

For non-emergency police matters (including animal control, minor crashes without injuries, noise or parking complaints, lost property, or past incidents), please also call 703-255-6366.

 

How to Report an Issue

  1. Click New Request
  2. Enter or locate an Address. Click “Confirm Address”
  3. Choose a Category.
  4. Upload an Image (optional).
  5. Enter a Description (optional)
  6. Click Register and Submit if this is your first time signing up.
  7. Click Sign in and Submit if you have logged in before.

You can upload Photos here or use the mobile app to assist in identifying and documenting your requests.
