As we look forward to construction of the new Vienna-Carter Library on the current, Patrick Henry Library site, it’s time to say goodbye to the very special, temporary Liberty Amendments Month mural that was installed on the Center Street side of the exterior wall of the library in 2022.

LAM Naturalization Ceremony

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Naturalization Ceremony will take place during Vienna’s fifth annual Liberty Amendments Month. The event will start at 3:30 p.m. with live music and entertainment from the Vienna Community Band and other performers. The ceremony starts at 5 p.m.
