Bicycle Advisory Committee

With an abundance of tree-lined streets and easy access to the W&OD Trail, which cuts right through town, bike riding is a great way to experience Vienna. The Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC), which is part of the Town’s Transportation Safety Commission (TSC), focuses on enhancing bicycle accessibility and safety and promotes programs and initiatives to foster public support for cycling.

Thanks to the work of the BAC, the Town of Vienna was recognized in 2016 as a bronze-level Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists.
