Trying to pay a bill online? The Town online payment portal is back in business. Due to the technical difficulties earlier this week, the business license renewal deadline has been extended to Friday, March 6, 2026. No late fees will be assessed to businesses that renew their licenses by March 6.

For more than 25 years, the Club Phoenix Teen Center has provided after-school programs and services to students in grades 6-12. The space, which may be rented, features all the amenities needed to host a weekend party for teens.
Party rentals are only for teens who are members of Club Phoenix. Guests do not have to be members of Club Phoenix, but they must be in grades 6-12.
Adult chaperones are required with a maximum 20:1 ratio of teens to adults. A Teen Center staff member will be on site to assist with equipment and any issues that may arise.
Rentals are for four-hour time periods on the weekends and include use of most equipment at Club Phoenix.
Rental requests must be made at least two weeks in advance and will be processed no more than 4 months in advance of the date requested.
Rental fees are $125.00 for Town of Vienna Residents and $150.00 for Non-Residents. All rentals must put down a refundable security deposit of $250.00.
