Manvell Road, SE, Drainage Improvements
Manvell Road SE has significant recurring stormwater drainage issues between Park Street SE and Glyndon Street SE. This project includes 715' of concrete curb and gutter along the west side of the street with five storm drain inlets and about 195' of storm drain sewers to alleviate the drainage issues. Additionally, the project also includes 330' of curb, gutter and sidewalk along the east side of the street, which will connect existing sidewalk on Park Street SE and Manvell Road SE. The project is pending utility coordination and construction is anticipated to begin in early spring 2026.
