To make a shelter reservation create or sign into your account on webtrac.
- In WebTrac, click on the Facility tab to search by Shelter Reservation Facility Calendar.
- Choose the park shelter you wish to reserve by clicking on the shopping cart icon. Type in required information, then click Continue. Verify reservation date, times, and information, then click Add to Cart.
- Carefully read all facility rules and regulations, and then click Agree.
- Proceed to checkout. Print a copy of the confirmation receipt for your records. Once the receipt is closed, the transaction is complete.
- Customers reserving a picnic shelter will be required to submit a $50 check in order to get the restroom key. Customers can submit the deposit check and receive the restroom key by coming to the Vienna Community Center from Monday - Friday 8 a.m.-9 p.m. or Saturday 8 a.m.-6 p.m. during the week before the scheduled rental.
