Application Information for Vendors and Performers

From Chillin’ on Church to Summer on the Green to Kids on the Green, the Town of Vienna partners with top-notch performers and high-quality food and beverage vendors to stage its crowd-pleasing events.  If you’d like to be part of the fun, learn more below:

• Performers: An application to perform at the Summer on the Green concerts will be posted by late October 2026 here. Applications are accepted Nov. 1- Nov. 30 each year.
• Food Vendors: An application to be a food vendor for the 2026 Town of Vienna Events is available here. If you prefer to fill out a PDF version of the application(PDF, 218KB)  you may return that to Jessica Short via email or mail it to: Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St. S.E., Vienna, VA 22180. 
  *Please read the Town of Vienna Food Vendor Rules and Regulations(PDF, 334KB)  before applying. 
  **Applications are accepted Jan. 1-31 each year.

The Town of Vienna also partners with community organizations on some of the community’s most popular events.  If you’re interested in performing or dishing up food and beverages at these events, you’ll need to work directly with the organizational hosts.

• ViVa Vienna – Memorial Day weekend, hosted by the Rotary Club of Vienna
• Vienna Oktoberfest – First Saturday in October, hosted by the Vienna Business Association
