Application Information for Vendors and Performers

From Chillin’ on Church to Summer on the Green to Kids on the Green, the Town of Vienna partners with top-notch performers and high-quality food and beverage vendors to stage its crowd-pleasing events.  If you’d like to be part of the fun, learn more below:

  • Performers: An application to perform at the Summer on the Green concerts will be posted by late October 2026 here. Applications are accepted Nov. 1 - 30 each year.
  • Food Vendors: The food vendor application for 2026 has closed. An application to be a food vendor for the 2027 Town of Vienna Events will be posted by late December 2026 here. Applications are accepted Jan. 1 - 31 each year.
Food truck

The Town of Vienna also partners with community organizations on some of the community’s most popular events.  If you’re interested in performing or dishing up food and beverages at these events, you’ll need to work directly with the organizational hosts.

  • ViVa Vienna – Memorial Day weekend, hosted by the Rotary Club of Vienna
  • Vienna Oktoberfest – First Saturday in October, hosted by the Vienna Business Association

Flat Event Meals Tax

Event organizers hosting events inside Vienna Town limits are required to send a list of all prepared food vendors participating in an event to the Town of Vienna and communicate the requirements and logistics to vendors for paying a flat meals tax to the Town.
