Start water and sewer service
To start water and sewer service with the Town of Vienna, please complete and submit the appropriate form below. Service requests also may be made in person from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at Town Hall, 127 Center St., S. Please allow one business day for processing.
Owner - Residential or Business
Owner Customer Service Agreement Form
- A one-time $50 account set-up fee will be applied to your first bill.
Renter - Residential or Business
Tenant/Renter Customer Service Agreement Form
- A refundable $225 lien offset payment fee and a one-time $50 account payment fee will be applied to your first bill. Upon termination of service, the lien offset payment will be applied to your final bill, and any leftover amount will be refunded to you.
Landlord Authorization Form
- This form also must be completed by the property owner and submitted to the Town before water service will be initiated.
Stop water and sewer service
To stop or close a water and sewer account, this Account Termination Form must be completed and submitted before responsibility for the account is removed from your name.
