Picnic shelter reservations are available at Meadow Lane Park, Glyndon Park, and Southside Park. Reservations are accepted for the remainder of the year beginning the first Monday in March. Each pavilion has a 75-person maximum capacity.

To view a parks shelter calendar or reserve a picnic shelter, please go to Webtrac. To reserve a park picnic shelter you must have or create an active account in Webtrac. If you do not have access to a computer, please fill out a  Picnic Reservation Application and submit it to the Parks and Recreation Department. Fees

• Town of Vienna Residents and Groups: $25 for a maximum of 5 hours
• Out-of -own Residents and Groups: $50 for a maximum of 5 hours
• Bathroom Key Deposit: $50: refundable with return of the key
• Electrical Fee: $25
