Confirmations, Changes and Cancellations
Program Confirmation
Please note the date and time of your class. If registering by Webtrac, a confirmation can be printed from the screen. For registrations dropped off in person or sent via mail / fax, a confirmation will be mailed to you within one week.

Updated Contact Information
The Parks and Recreation Department may also need to notify you if your class is canceled or changed. Therefore, it is required for you to provide day-time telephone numbers and an email address. 

Program Changes / Cancellations
The department will make every effort to successfully implement all programs that are offered. However, occasionally a program may not have sufficient enrollment or may require a change of date, time or location. Classes must reach a minimum enrollment a week prior to the start, or they will be cancelled.

Refunds and Partial Credits
If a program is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund / credit within three weeks. A full or partial refund / credit will also be granted if a program change made by the department causes an enrolled participant to no longer be able to attend the program.

Scheduling a Make-Up Class
If one session of a class is cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, a make-up class will be rescheduled if possible.
