The following is an overview of the benefits offered to all regular full-time employees of the Town of Vienna. Part-time employees who work 20 or more hours per week are only eligible for certain benefits at an adjusted rate.
  • Holidays / Paid Leave - Part-time employees accrue leave at half the rate of full-time employees. Leave time accumulation increases with service time.
  • Insurance - Access details on available health insurance, dental insurance, group life and accident insurance, group long term care insurance.
  • Retirement - Review the Virginia Retirement System, 401(a), 457 Deferred Compensation, ROTH IRA, Sworn Personnel Specific and Social Security.
