Parking During Scheduled Street Sweeping
Residents are requested to not park on the street during the scheduled time for their section to allow the street sweeper to do a thorough job. As the time for each section approaches, signs will be placed on streets as a reminder.
Residents can also contact the Public Works Department at 703-255-6380 with questions regarding street sweeping.
Additional Street Sweeping
Once the first pass is completed, the sweeper will return to Section I and start over, possibly covering the Town several times. Streets are also swept after special events, such as Viva!Vienna and Oktoberfest. There are many smaller events that may require streets to be swept before or after the event as well.
