The Rape Aggression Defense System is primarily a basic education of confrontation principals and personal defense. Our program ranges from awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, to basic physical defense, aerosol defense options, flashlight keychain defense and advanced self-defense methods.

The R.A.D. sessions take place throughout the year. Classes run from 7 pm to 10 pm at the Community Center. The Spring 2008 Session will be May 5th, 7th, 12th, and 14th.

College bound women should consider the Summer R.A.D. session. Classes run from 7 pm to 10 pm at the Community Center. The Summer 2008 Session will be August 4th, 6th, 11th, and 13th.

Registration fee is $5.00; $7.50 for non-town residents.
Equipment fee is $15.00. Fees are due first night of class.
