ITEM NO. 2: Request for approval of a conditional use permit for a new drive-through component for PNC Bank on property located at 353 Maple Avenue, East, and in the C-2, General Commercial zone. Filed by Jason R. Rogers, Urban Planner with Cooley Godward Knonish, LLP, for PNC Bank, owner.
