ITEM NO. 1: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to add solar panels to the roof of the single-family dwelling on the property of 224 Walnut Lane, NW, and (Docket No. WHBR-03-09) in the RS-16 Residential zoning district, filed by Johanna & Jerome Covel, owners.
ITEM NO 2: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the existing fence on the property of 200 Walnut Lane, NW, and (Docket No. WHBR-04-09) in the RS-16 Residential zoning district, filed by Matt & Susan Stich, owners.
ITEM NO 3: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to add a screened porch addition to the single-family dwelling on the property of 246 Lawyers Road, NW, and (Docket No. WHBR-05-09) in the RS-16 Residential zoning district, filed by Helen Ide, owner.
