ITEM NO. 1: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a 40 foot long four foot high board on board fence at the existing dwelling at 211 Walnut Lane NW, and (Docket No. WHBR-05-06) in the RS-16 Residential zoning district; filed by Tom Holmes, owner.
ITEM NO. 2: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an addition in the rear of the existing house to add a family room, half bath, office, screened porch and deck at the existing dwelling at 217 Walnut Lane NW, and (Docket No. WHBR-04-06) in the RS-16 Residential zoning district; filed by Robert and Virginia Johnson, owners.
