ITEM NO. 1: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a stone veneer wall, replace the driveway, and plant new trees and shrubs at the existing dwelling at 216 West St. NW, and (Docket No. WHBR-02-06) in the RS-16 Residential zoning district; filed by Amy and Eric Joseph, owners.
ITEM NO. 2: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to add 16 Solatube skylights to the roof in conjunction with replacing and repairing the existing roof as needed at the existing dwelling at 326 West St. NW, and (Docket No. WHBR-03-06) in the RS-12.5 Residential zoning district; filed by Marjorie Knowles, owner.
