ITEM NO. 1: Request for approval of a preliminary plat, and recommendation to the Mayor and Town Council on a proposed waiver of required curb and gutter on adjoining public streets, for the two-lot Niblick Subdivision, a resubdivision of Lot 37, Section 1, Westbriar Country Club Manor, on property located at 203 Niblick Drive, SE (additional new address to be 205 Niblick Drive, SE), and in the RS-16, Single-Family Detached Residential zone. (Deferred from the regular meeting of April 9, 2008.)

ITEM NO. 2: Request for approval of a preliminary plat for the resubdivision of Lot 7A-1-B of G.L. John’s Addition to Ayrhill and Fairfax County Tax Map Parcel 38-2 ((2)) 65, into three single-family residential lots [additional lot address of 302 Park Street, NE, to be added to the existing addresses of 220 and 300 Park Street, NE] and situated within the RS-12.5 zone. Filed by Sekas Homes, Ltd., agent for Duc T. Quang and Mai-Tran T. Dang, and K. A. J. Gutoff, Trustee, current property owners, respectively.
