ITEM NO. 1: Recommendation to the Mayor and Town Council on a proposed amendment to the Code of the Town of Vienna, Chapter 18, Zoning, Article 11, C-1, Local Commercial Zone Regulations, Section 18-74E, Use Permit Required for Hospitals, Sanitariums, Clinics and Animal Hospitals.
ITEM NO. 2: Recommendation to the Mayor and Town Council on a proposed amendment to the Code of the Town of Vienna, Chapter 18, Zoning, Article 21, Conditional Use Permits, Section 18-210P, Use Permits Required for Hospitals, Sanitariums, Clinics and Animal Hospitals.
REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:
ITEM NO. 3: Request for approval of a preliminary plat, and recommendation to the Mayor and Town Council on a proposed waiver of required curb and gutter on adjoining public streets, for the two-lot Niblick Subdivision, a resubdivision of Lot 37, Section 1, Westbriar Country Club Manor, on property located at 203 Niblick Drive, SE (additional new address to be 205 Niblick Drive, SE), and in the RS-16, Single-Family Detached Residential zone.
