5. PUBLIC HEARING FOR DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED FEE REVISIONS TO BOND FEES, RESIDENTIAL WATER AND SEWER FEES, WATER METER FEES, AND HYDRANT METER DEPOSIT FEES THAT ARE CURRENTLY 31% BELOW AVERAGE WHEN COMPARED TO AVERAGE FEES IN THIS AREA.
(Council will conduct a Public Hearing in regard to certain Department of Public Works fees.)

(Council consideration for asphalt repair work where the Town had to fix water breaks.)
