5. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR A TWO LOT SUBDIVISION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 200 NUTLEY STREET, N.W. IN THE RS 12.5, SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED RESIDENTIAL ZONE. FILED BY IBRAHIM CHEHAB, GEOENV ENGINEERS, AGENT FOR BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, INC., OWNER.
(Council consideration of a final plat for a two lot subdivision, proposed new addresses to be 501 and 503 Windover Avenue, N.W.)

Deferred to May 7, 2007 due to applicant failing to be present.






6. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO INSTALL A SPEED HUMP ON PARK STREET, ADJACENT TO 335 PARK STREET, N.E. AND REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO CHANGE THE INTERSECTIONS OF PARK STREET, N.E. WITH HILLTOP ROAD AND AYRHILL AVENUE, N.E. TO THREE WAY STOPS.
(Council consideration to add one speed hump and two more stop signs on Park Street, N.E.)

7. RECOMMENDATION TO AWARD RFP 07-03, “NUTLEY YARD RECORDS STORAGE BUILDING, ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES” TO WILEY & WILSON, INC. IN AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $24,350.00, TO PROVIDE THE SITE PLAN, BUILDING FOUNDATION, BUILDING PLANS, PUBLIC HEARING PARTICIPATION, AND LIMITED CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
(Council consideration to award this contract for the new building at the site of the old Nutley Street Property Yard. The building will house many of the Town Hall’s records, currently being kept in a public storage facility.)
