8. RENEWAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH NORTHERN VIRGINIA REGIONAL PARK AUTHORITY AND THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA MODEL RAILROADERS, FOR THE WASHINGTON AND OLD DOMINION RAILROAD STATION AT THE INTERSECTION OF AYRHILL AVENUE AND DOMINION ROAD IN N.E. VIENNA.

9. REQUEST TO USE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (CIP) BOND FUNDS TO DO THE DRAINAGE PIPE REPLACEMENT ON THE WRIGHT BUILDING PROPERTY, UNDER CONTRACT IFB 05-10, ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, WITH SAGRES CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, IN AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $46,341.75.
(Council consideration to spend 2006 Bond funds which were designated for this project.)

10. REQUEST TO AWARD IFB 06-11, FOR ONE TANDEM VIBRATORY ROLLER, UNDER THE APPROVED TOWN OF VIENNA VEHICLE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM, FOR THE STREET MAINTENANCE DIVISION, IN AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $24,900.00.

11. REQUEST APPROVAL TO EXTEND CONTRACT 02-19, CONCRETE REPAIR AND INSTALLATION, WITH SAGRES CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, AND EXPEND FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007 FUNDS IN AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $180,000.00, CONTINGENT UPON THE APPROVAL OF THE 2006-2007 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET.

12. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE A NEW SIGN MACHINE, TAPCO TIPS TRAFFIC SYSTEM, THROUGH TAPCO OF CHESTER, VIRGINIA AS A SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER, IN AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $15,385.00, WITH FUNDING TO COME FROM APPROVED FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 BUDGETED FUNDS.
(Council consideration to replace the current obsolete and expensive highway sign making machine, using the only company that uses this compliant and customizable software.)

13. AWARD OF RFP 06-02, THE MAPLE AVENUE FEASIBILITY STUDY, TO DUNCAN ASSOCIATES IN ASSOCIATION WITH FERRELL MADDEN, FOR THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00.
(Council consideration to award this contract to analyze four different possible approaches to Zoning control on the commercial corridor of Maple Avenue.)
