7. TOWN OF VIENNA CONTINUED PARTICIPATION WITH FAIRFAX COUNTY IN THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAMS FOR FISCAL YEARS 2006-2008.

(Council consideration to continue participating with the County and H.U.D. in these programs.)

8. RENEWAL OF IFB 04-08 TREE MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL CONTRACT WITH QUALITY TREE CARE, INC. FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.

(Council consideration of renewal of the tree maintenance and removal contract, with no increase in price.)

10. CONSIDERATION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO ROLL FORWARD THE GENERAL FUND
BALANCE OF P.O. #04-0199, IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,104.00, FROM FISCAL YEAR ENDING 2004.

(Council consideration to roll over a Purchase Order from last fiscal year to this year, issued to Siemens Business Communications, for phone system upgrades.)

11. ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE TOWN CODE, CHAPTER 3, ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE 2, DOGS GENERALLY, SECTION 3-3, DEFINITIONS, AND SECTIONS 3-9 THROUGH 3-9.3, VICIOUS AND DANGEROUS DOGS.

(Council consideration to update the Town’s vicious and dangerous dog laws to include provisions mandated by the State of Virginia.)

12. ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE TOWN CODE, CHAPTER 5, BUILDINGS, ARTICLE 2, BASIC BUILDING CODE, SECTION 5-3, ADOPTED.

Council consideration to update the Town Code references to the Uniform Statewide Building Code, which the County and the Town are required to follow.)
