7. A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA, CHAPTER 3, ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE 2, DOGS GENERALLY, SECTION 3-3, DEFINITIONS, AND SECTIONS 3-9 THROUGH 3-9.3, VICIOUS AND DANGEROUS DOGS.

8. CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR AN INDEPENDENT STUDY OF THE WASHINGTON, D.C. WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY’S REVIEW AND BACK BILLING OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA’S SEWER CHARGES, UNDER RFP 05-01.
