9. APPROVAL OF FENCE HEIGHT FOR NUTLEY STREET PROPERTY YARD/ WATER TOWER, UNDER TOWN CODE ORDINANCE CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 18, SECTION 18-173.16, SECURITY FENCES.
(Council consideration of making the security fence eight feet high instead of seven feet.)
