5. APPROVAL TO ESTABLISH AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST POSITION WITHIN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, IN THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR (FYE 2005)

6. APPROVAL TO RIDE FAIRFAX COUNTY CONTRACT BL02-587670-16-A-E FOR THE PURCHASE OF TEMPORARY CLERICAL SERVICES AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
(Council consideration to ride Fairfax County contract to secure temporary clerical support services.)

RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FAIRFAX COUNTY, AND THE VIENNA VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING MONETARY ASSISTANCE FOR THE RENOVATION OF FIRE AND RESCUE FACILITIES ON THE PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VIENNA VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.
(Council consideration of the Memorandum of Agreement as noted above.)

8. ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA, CHAPTER 3, ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE 2, DOGS GENERALLY, SECTION 3-4, DOG LICENSE REQUIRED.
(The proposed ordinance was approved at the Council Meeting of January 24, 2005.)
