5. RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE RIDING STATE OF VIRGINIA CONTRACT FOR CARPET REPLACEMENT AT THE VIENNA COMMUNITY CENTER.
(The 2004-2005 Budget includes funding for the replacement of the carpet in the public hallways and office areas at the Community Center. The total cost would be $10,086.47.)

6. AWARD OF CLEANING CONTRACT AT THE WRIGHT BUILDING, 144 MAPLE AVENUE EAST.
(Current tenants there are Legends Flooring, White Swan Bridal seamstress staff, and Vienna Presbyterian Church office space. The Town sent out an invitation for bid to increase the cleaning service to 3 days a week.)

7. APPROVAL TO RIDE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (COG) CONTRACT WITH LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA AS THE LEAD JURISDICTION FOR THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE OF TEMPORARY LABOR.
(Loudoun County contract #QQ-01023 with Colossal Contractors, Inc. of Silver Spring, Maryland could be used when a need arises for temporary labor in the Sanitation and Street Maintenance Divisions.)
Approved.
8. ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA, CHAPTER 18, ZONING, ARTICLE 18, SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 18-173.16 SECURITY FENCES.
(The Town Code does not have any specific regulations regarding security fences, and the proposed Ordinance would address that.)
