6. COUNCIL APPROVAL FOR A BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER TO USE THREE VENDORS FOR THE COMPUTER REPLACEMENT PROGRAM.

[The Information Technology Administrator is requesting permission to obtain blanket purchase orders for Gateway Computer (for $5,000), Dell Computer (for $33,000), and PC Mall.Gov (for $12,000).]

7. PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 3, ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE 2, DOGS GENERALLY, SECTION 3-4 DOG LICENSE REQUIRED; LICENSE TAX ON DOGS (B).

[Our current code exempts Service Dogs from payment of dog license tax. The proposed addition would expand the exemption to include service dogs in training.]
