1. ROLL CALL.
2. APPEAL FILED BY MR. AND MRS. FRANK LILLIS, OF A DECISION BY THE WINDOVER HEIGHTS BOARD OF REVIEW.
[Mr. and Mrs. Lillis, of 313 Windover Avenue, N.W., are appealing the decision of the Windover Heights Board of Review in regards to the appropriateness of a new home to be built at 315 Windover Avenue, N.W.]
RESULTS: WHEN THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL VOTED, IT WAS A TIE. THEREFORE, THE MATTER WILL BE DISCUSSED AGAIN AT A WORK SESSION AT 7:00 P.M. BEFORE THE COUNCIL MEETING ON MONDAY, AUGUST 16, 2004.
