(Public discussion of a landscape plan as well as issues and complaints generated by neighbors of the Town’s property on Beulah Road.)
Results: No action was taken at this time.



6. AWARD OF IFB 04-05, HYDRAULIC CEMENT CONCRETE TO VIRGINIA CONCRETE COMPANY, INC.
(Consideration of award of IFB 04-05 to Virginia Concrete Company, Inc. of Springfield, Virginia as the lowest bidder.)
Results: Contract was approved.



7. APPROVAL TO RIDE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA CONTRACT #2000101-40 FOR THE PURCHASE OF UNIFORMS AND ACCESSORIES
(Request to ride a competitively bid state contract in order to purchase police uniforms and accessories as needed.)
Results: Request was approved.



8. ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF RESIGNATION RECEIVED FROM MR. PAUL LAYER, FROM THE MAPLE AVENUE VISION COMMITTEE
(Mr. Layer has submitted his letter of resignation due to business demands.)
Results: Resignation was accepted.



9. ADOPTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 2004
(These appropriations represent year-end purchase order balances and balances carried forward from the last fiscal year.)
Results: Adopted.



10. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING APRIL 23, 2004 AS ARBOR DAY IN THE TOWN OF VIENNA
(Council’s consideration to adopt a resolution proclaiming April 23, 2004 as Arbor Day in the Town of Vienna.)
