5. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW MAIL ROOM FACILITY FOR NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION.
Consideration of constructing a separate and secure 4,476-square-foot building in which to receive and process mail.

6. CHANGE ORDER #9 FOR MAPLE AVENUE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT, TO PROVIDE FINAL PAYMENT TO VERIZON FOR UNDERGROUNDING THE TELEPHONE UTILITIES.
Seeking approval to authorize the final payment of $681,263.73, which includes material and cost overruns.

7. AUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND CONTRACT IFB 01-10 FOR ASPHALT MILLING, OVERLAY, AND TRAFFIC MARKINGS WITH VIRGINIA PAVING COMPANY.
This is the third of four possible extensions of IFB 01-10, and the Department of Public Works has been pleased with the past performance of this contractor.

8. APPROVAL OF PROCLAMATION RECOGNIZING THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS CEMETERY APPRECIATION DAY OF SUNDAY, MAY 30, 2004.
The First Baptist Church of Vienna will also conduct a dedication program on May 30th honoring this historic cemetery located in the 500 block of Orchard Street, Northwest Vienna.

A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 18 OF THE TOWN CODE, ZONING, BY ADDING SECTION 18-173.16, SECURITY FENCES.
It is required that this proposed ordinance be referred to the Planning Commission for Public Hearing and recommendations.

10. ACCEPT LETTER OF RESIGNATION FROM MRS. DONNA BERK FROM THE COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT COMMISSION.
Mrs. Berk and her family have moved outside the Town limits, and she has submitted her letter of resignation from this Town organization.

11. APPOINTMENT OF MR. PETER VANDERNAT TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS; AND MRS. LOUISA MERUVIA TO THE TOWN/BUSINESS LIAISON COMMITTEE.
Consideration of the above applicants to fill Town Board and Commission vacancies.

12. SET DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 18, ZONING, ARTICLE 2, DEFINITIONS, OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA.
This proposed ordinance would clarify the definition of the term “structure” to include patios and decks.
