5. PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED INCREASES TO WATER, SEWER, CONNECTION AND METER FEES.
/Council’s consideration for approval of recommended increase in water, sewer, connection and meter fees./
(Public Hearing was closed; fee schedule approved and effective March 1, 2004.)
6. CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST TO CONDUCT THE SATURDAY FARMERS’ MARKET BY THE VIENNA JAYCEES.
/Council’s consideration for approval of the request from the Vienna Jaycees to continue the Saturday Farmers’ Market./

7. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN.
/Council’s consideration to approve a Resolution authorizing the implementation of a retirement health savings plan for Town employees./

8. CONSIDERATION OF AWARD OF IFB #04-08 TREE MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL, TO QUALITY TREE CARE, INC.

9. CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE PARKS & RECREATION SUMMER CAMP VAN RENTAL, FROM THRIFTY CAR RENTAL.

13. CONSIDERTION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A 401 MONEY PURCHASE PLAN FOR THE CHIEF OF POLICE.

14. ADOPTION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18, ZONING, ARTICLE 25, SITE PLAN CONTROL PROVISIONS, SECTION 18-257, PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING MODIFICATION.
/Council’s consideration to adopt Proposed Ordinance Amendment to Section 18-257, which provides for the notification to adjacent, abutting and surrounding property owners, of the hearing dates for Site Plan Modification applications./

15. PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 18, ZONING, ARTICLE 2, DEFINITIONS, OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA.
/Council’s consideration to refer to the Planning Commission a Proposed Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 18, Zoning, Article 2, Definitions, specifically “Structure” to include, but not be limited to patios and decks./
