13-1: Purchase of Four (4) 2004 Police Interceptors.

13-2: Request for Authorization for Fiscal Year 2003-2004 payment of Lease Agreement with Dictaphone for Recording Equipment in Police Communications Center.

13-3: Award IFB 03-01 Police Department Radio Maintenance Agreement.

13-4: Approval to ride Montgomery County IFB 3507000044, for Leaf Vacuums in accordance with approved Town of Vienna vehicle replacement program for Fiscal Year 2003-2004, with an estimated cost of $32,648.00.

13-5: Request authorization to purchase from a sole source supplier, Virginia Utility Protection Service (VUPS), which is a one-call center established and maintained due to the mandate of State Law. It is the only one-call center in Virginia; thereby the sole source for this service.

13-6: Authorization from Council to expend Fiscal Year 2003-2004 funds for RFP 03-02, engineering services, to Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP with an estimated cost of $30,000.00.

13-7: Authorization to Extend IFB 03-03, HVAC Maintenance, to the PBM Limbach Group, 10110 Senate Drive, Lanham, Maryland, 20706, and expend Fiscal Year 2003-2004 funds in an estimated amount of $30,955.92.

13-8: Request to ride extended Fairfax County Contract #BL02-561966-23A-N, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts, Service, and Warranty Work (cars and trucks) to:

13-10: Request for Extension of IFB 02-22, for Asphalt Repair with Mount Vernon Asphalt & Paving, Inc., 15441 Farm Creek Drive, Woodbridge, Virginia, 22191, and to expend Fiscal Year 2003-2004 Approved Budgeted Funds with an Estimated Cost of $67,920.00.

13-11: Approval to continue riding Commonwealth of Virginia contract number VDSA-194-001-03-GR for the cooperative purchase of Industrial Supplies and to expend Fiscal Year 2003-2004 Budgeted Funds with an estimated cost of $10,500.00.

13-12: Approval to Extend IFB 00-17R, Commercial Trash Service with Republic Services of Virginia (AAA Rainbow), and authorization to expend Fiscal Year 2003-2004 approved budgeted funds with an approximate cost of $15,811.00.

13-13: Approval to Extend riding Arlington County Virginia contract IFB 329-03 for underground utility marking to Double H Locates LLC, at 7057 Leeds Manor Road, Marshall, Virginia 20115.

13-14: Approval to Extend riding Council of Governments contract with Fairfax County as lead jurisdiction for the Cooperative Purchase of Safety Shoes and to expend Fiscal Year 2003-2004 budgeted funds in an estimated amount of $15,000.00.

13-15: Approval to continue riding Prince William County Service Authority contract #BSA1497A6 as the lead jurisdiction for the cooperative purchase of Uniform and Walk-off Mat rental with ITSI, P.O. Box 8, Laurel, Maryland, 20725, and to expend Fiscal Year 2003-2004 budgeted funds with an estimated cost of $21,000.00.

14. APPROVAL TO RIDE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA CONTRACT 610040A TO PURCHASE THREE (3) 2004 FORD FULL SIZE ½ TON PICK-UP TRUCKS UNDER THE APPROVED TOWN OF VIENNA VEHICLE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004, WITH AN ESTIMATED COST OF $49,521.16.
