5. VACATION OF TOWN OF VIENNA SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY OF OUR LADY OF GOOD COUNSEL CATHOLIC CHURCH IN FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA
The Council will consider (approval/disapproval) of the Vacation of Town of Vienna sanitary sewer easements on the property of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Fairfax County, Virginia.

6. APPROVAL TO RIDE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (COG) EXTENDED CONTRACT FOR ADDITIONAL SALT WITH MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND AS THE LEAD JURISDICTION FOR THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE OF ROAD/DEICING SALT
The Council will consider (approval/disapproval) of riding the COG Contract with Montgomery County, Maryland for the purchase of additional road/deicing salt.

7. APPROVAL TO RIDE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (COG) EXTENDED CONTRACT WITH MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND AS THE LEAD JURISDICTION FOR THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE OF UNLEADED GASOLINE, UNTIL MARCH 1, 2004
The Council will consider (approval/disapproval) of riding the COG Contract with Montgomery County, Maryland, extended until March 1, 2004, for the purchase of unleaded gasoline.

8. RECOMMENDATION TO THE FAIRFAX COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS OF INDIVIDUALS TO SERVE AS ELECTION OFFICERS FOR THE MAY 6, 2003 TOWN ELECTION
The Council will consider the (approval/disapproval) of a list of individuals to be recommended to the Fairfax County Electoral Board for appointment as election officers for the Town Election on May 6, 2003, as well as the expenditure of Town funds for their wages and lunch on election day.

9. REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST RECEIVED FROM THE COMMONWEALTH TRANSPORTATION BOARD FOR THE TOWN’S IDENTIFICATION OF TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS
The Council will review and consider the Commonwealth Transportation Board’s request to identify the Town’s critical rail, transit, bicycle, pedestrian and highway needs for the future.
MAYOR WAS REQUESTED BY COUNCIL TO RECOMMEND SOUND WALLS ON BOTH SIDES OF ROUTE 66. ALSO TO RECOMMEND AN EXIT OFF ROUTE 66 EASTBOUND AT PROSPERITY AVENUE TO GALLOWS ROAD.
10. REQUEST OF MAXJET CORPORATION, T/A LEGENDS FLOORING, TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF SPACE LEASED AT 144 MAPLE AVENUE, SUITES 200, 202, AND 206
The Council will consider (approval /disapproval) of reducing the space leased by Maxjet Corporation at 144 Maple Avenue West by taking Suite 206 off their lease as of March 1, 2003.
