5.PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE 21.1, CHAPTER 18, OF THE VIENNA TOWN CODE PERTAINING TO “CHESAPEAKE BAY PRESERVATION AREAS” AND AMENDMENTS NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH ADOPTED CHANGES TO THE CHESAPEAKE BAY PRESERVATION AREA DESIGNATION AND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS (9VAC 10-20,ET.SEQ.)

The Council will consider extending contract RFP 98-03 for Engineering Services to Tri-Tek Engineering, Inc. for an additional ninety days.

The Council will consider setting the date of February 24, 2003 for a Public Hearing on a Proposed Ordinance to amend Chapter 17, Subdivisions, Article 4, Design Standards, Division 1.1, Sewers, Storm Drains and Utilities, Section 17-331.1, Location, of the Code of the Town of Vienna.
This item was deferred, and is to be placed on a March Work Session for discussion.
