5. PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE 100 BLOCK OF CHURCH STREET, NW
The Council will consider a request for 2-hour restricted parking on the south side of the 100 block of Church Street, NW.

6. APPROVAL TO RIDE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (COG) EXTENDED CONTRACT WITH MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD AS THE LEAD JURISDICTION FOR COOPERATIVE PURCHASE OF ROAD/DEICING SALT.
The Council will consider approving the riding of the Council of Governments (COG) extended contract with Montgomery County, MD as the lead jurisdiction for cooperative purchase of road/deicing salt.

7. SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE 21.1, CHAPTER 18 OF THE VIENNA TOWN CODE PERTAINING TO “CHESAPEAKE BAY PRESERVATION AREAS” AND AMENDMENTS NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH ADOPTED CHANGES TO THE CHESAPEAKE BAY PRESERVATION AREA DESIGNATION AND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS (9 VAC 10-20-10, ET. SEQ.)
The Council will consider setting the date of February 3, 2003 to hear public comments on a proposed ordinance to amend Article 21.1, Chapter 18 of the Vienna Town Code pertaining to “Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas” and amendments necessary to comply with adopted changes to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Designation and Management Regulations (9 vac 10-20-10, et. seq.).

8. PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 9, MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC; ARTICLE 1, IN GENERAL; SECTION 9-12.3.3, VISITOR PARKING PERMITS, OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA
The Council will consider adopting a proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 9, Motor Vehicles and Traffic; Article 1, In General; Section 9-12.3.3, Visitor Parking Permits, of the Code of the Town of Vienna.

9. LETTER OF RESIGNATION RECEIVED FROM MARY ELLEN LARKINS, TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION
The Council will consider accepting the Letter of Resignation received from Mary Ellen Larkins of the Transportation Safety Commission and authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Service.

10. APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL BY WESCORP TO UNDERGROUND FIBER OPTIC LINE FOR THE PHOTO RED LIGHT SYSTEM ON MAPLE AVENUE FROM PARK STREET TO EAST STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,050.00.
The Council will consider approving a proposal by WESCORP to underground fiber optic line for the photo red light system on Maple Avenue from Park Street to East Street in the amount of $14,050.00.
