5. VACATION AND RELOCATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE OF AN INFILTRATION PIT
The Council will consider approving a vacation and relocation of an easement for access and maintenance of an infiltration pit for property located at 530 Malcolm Road, N.W., Lot 2 of the subdivision of Lot 7, the Archie R. Jackson property and the property of Luann C. Atherton and David Atherton.
Easement approved.


6. APPROVAL OF AWARD OF CONTRACT RFP 03-01, ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES – NUTLEY STREET PARK MAINTENANCE FACILITY
The Council will consider awarding contract RFP 03-01, Architectural and Engineering Services – Nutley Street Park Maintenance Facility, to Studio 3 in the amount of $58,675.00.
Item deferred until after February work session review.


7. APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH FAIRFAX COUNTY FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF STREETLIGHTS FOR PHASES 2 & 3 MAPLE AVENUE ENHANCEMENT PROJECTS
The Council will consider approving the reimbursement agreements with Fairfax County for installation and maintenance of streetlights for phases 2 and 3 of the Maple Avenue Enhancement Projects.
Agreements approved.


8. DRAFT RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE IMPOSITION OF MANUFACTURED OR MOBILE HOMES IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES
The Council will consider a draft Resolution concerning the imposition of manufactured or mobile homes in residential zones.
Resolution adopted with two minor word changes.


9. PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 18, ZONING; ARTICLE 2, DEFINITIONS AND ARTICLE 4, GENERAL REGULATIONS AS TO USES, HEIGHTS AND AREA, OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA
The Council will consider referring to the Planning Commission for Public Hearing and recommendation a Proposed Ordinance to Chapter 18, Zoning; Articles 2, Definitions, and 4, General Regulations as to Uses, Heights, and Area, of the Code of the Town of Vienna.
Proposed ordinance referred to the Planning Commission.


10. APPOINTMENT OF ROY BALDWIN TO THE TOWN/BUSINESS LIAISON COMMITTEE
The Council will consider appointing Roy Baldwin as the Chamber of Commerce’s representative to the Town/Business Liaison Committee.
Mr. Baldwin was appointed to a two year term.
