5. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION ON REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CALMING IN THE 200 BLOCK OF MOORE AVENUE, S.E.
The Council will consider a recommendation from the Transportation Safety Commission on a request for traffic calming measures in the 200 block of Moore Avenue, SE.
Request denied; referred back to TSC for review of a 4-way STOP sign at Glyndon and Moore Streets.
6. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION ON REQUEST FOR NO RIGHT TURN ON RED SIGN ON WESTBOUND MAPLE AVENUE AT EAST STREET
The Council will consider a recommendation from the Transportation Safety Commission on a request for No Right Turn on Red Sign on westbound Maple Avenue at East Street.
Request denied; Town Manager directed to install additional signage and street markings.
7. AWARD OF CONTRACT IFB 03-06,FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PLEASANT STREET WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FROM CAPITAL PROJECT RESERVES
The Council will consider awarding IFB 03-06, Construction of Pleasant Street Water Line Improvements, to Martin & Gass, Inc. in an amount of $229,000.00.

8. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO TRI-TEK ENGINEERING FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR THE PLEASANT STREET WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
The Council will consider awarding Tri-Tek Engineering a contract for supervision services for the Pleasant Street Water Line Improvement Project, in an amount not to exceed $11,367.00.

9. AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE DOUBLE ARM BRACKETS TO SUPPORT STREETLIGHT FIXTURES FOR PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 MAPLE AVENUE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT
The Council will consider authorizing the purchase of double arm brackets to support street light fixtures for Phases 2and 3 of the Maple Avenue Enhancement Project in a total amount of $27,633.00.
