The Council will consider approving a final plat and waiver from on-site storm water management requirement for the resubdivision of property located at 610 Park Street, SE [new addresses to be 200 and 202 Talahi Road, SE] and situated within the RS-10, Single-Family Residential zone as filed by GJB Engineering, Inc., agent for Talahi Associates, LLC, Owner.

6. ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 10, OFFENSES – MISCELLANEOUS, ARTICLE 6, OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC JUSTICE, SECTION 10-59, OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE BY THREATS OR FORCE OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA
The Council will consider adopting a proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 10, Offenses – Miscellaneous; Article 6, Offenses Against Public Justice; Section 10-59, Obstructing Justice by Threats or Force of the Code of the Town of Vienna.

7. PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 9, MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC; ARTICLE 1, IN GENERAL; SECTION 9-12.3.3, VISITORS PARKING PERMITS, OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA
The Council will consider approving a proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 9, Vehicles and Traffic; Article 1, In General; Section 9-12.3.3, Visitors Parking Permits, of the Code of the Town of Vienna.
Proposed ordinance approved; to be placed on January 6, 2003 agenda for adoption.

8. PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 17, SUBDIVISIONS; ARTICLE 4, DESIGN STANDARDS; DIVISION 1.1, SEWERS, STORM DRAINS AND UTILITIES; SECTION 178-33.1, LOCATION, OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA
The Council will consider referring as proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 17, Subdivisions; Article 4, Design Standards; Division 1.1, Sewers, Storm Drains and Utilities; Section 178-33.1, Location, of the Code of the Town of Vienna to the Planning Commission for Public Hearing and recommendation.
