5. CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING OF AN APPEAL FROM SPOKES ETC. BICYCLES, ON A DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW

6. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION ON A REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CALMING ON WALNUT LANE, NW
The Council will consider a recommendation from the Transportation Safety Commission concerning a request for traffic calming on Walnut Lane, NW.

7. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION ON A REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CALMING ON ELM STREET, SW
The Council will consider a recommendation from the Transportation Safety Commission concerning a request for traffic calming on Elm Street, SW.

8. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION TO PAINT LINES ON EASTBOUND CHURCH STREET AT BEULAH ROAD, NE TO ENSURE THAT MOTORISTS DO NOT USE THE ASPHALT NUB AS A TURNING LANE
The Council will consider a recommendation from the Transportation Safety Commission to paint lines in eastbound Church Street at Beulah Road, NE to ensure that motorists do not use the asphalt nub as a turning lane.

9. REQUEST FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL OF INSTALLMENT PAYMENT AGREEMENT FOR CONNECTION TO TOWN WATER SYSTEM
The Council will consider a request for approval of installment payment agreement for connection to the Town’s water system.

10. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO CLOSE CHURCH STREET FROM LAWYERS ROAD TO MILL STREET ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002 FROM 6:00 TO 9:00 PM TO CONDUCT THE CHURCH STREET HOLIDAY STROLL
The Council will consider approving the closure of Church Street from Lawyers Road to Mill Street on Monday, December 2, 2002 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM to conduct the Church Street Holiday Stroll.

11. DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, BLAIR ROAD, NW
The Council will consider proceeding with drainage improvements on Blair Road, NW.

12. REQUEST TO EXTEND PURCHASE OF WATER METERS TO A SOLE SOURCE SUPPLIER, SENSUS TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
The Council will consider extending the purchase of water meters to a sole source supplier, Sensus Technologies, Inc.

13. STATE AND LOCAL EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS GRANT 2002-DD-BX-0024
The Council will consider the acceptance of money from the State and Local Emergency Preparedness Grant 2002-DD-BX-0024.

14. NORTHERN VIRGINIA LAW ENFORCEMENT MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
The Council will consider approving the Northern Virginia Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Agreement.

15. CONTRACT WITH NESTOR SYSTEMS, INC.
The Council will consider approving a renegotiated contract with Nestor Systems, Inc., for a photo red light monitoring system at three intersections.

16. RENEWAL OF FINANCIAL SYSTEM SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE SUPPORT BY SUNGARD/PENTAMATION ENTERPRISES, INC.
The Council will consider renewing a financial system software and hardware support agreement with Sungard/Pentamation Enterprises, Inc.

17. PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 10, OFFENSES – MISCELLANEOUS, ARTICLE 6, OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC JUSTICE, SECTION 10-59, OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE BY THREATS OR FORCE, OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF VIENNA
The Council will consider a proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 10, Offenses – Miscellaneous, Article 6, Offenses Against Public Justice, Section 10-59, Obstructing Justice by Threats or Force, of the Code of the Town of Vienna.

18. CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE SALES TAX REFERENDUM
The Council will consider adopting a Resolution in support of the sales tax referendum.
