5. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION FOR TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES FOR MOORE AVENUE, SE AND SW
The Council will consider a recommendation from the Transportation Safety Commission regarding traffic calming measures in the 100 blocks of Moore Avenue SE and SW. (Deferred from the 9/23/02 meeting.)
6. AWARD OF BID IFB 03-07, NEWSLETTER PAPER
The Council will consider awarding IFB 03-07, Newsletter Paper to RIS Paper Company, Inc. in the amount of $5,839.20 for a 12-month supply.
7. DELINQUENT REAL ESTATE PROPERTY TAX LIST
The Council will consider publishing the delinquent real estate list as of June 30, 2002 and transmitting the list to Fairfax County.
8. RENEWAL OF FINANCIAL SYSTEM SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE SUPPORT BY SUNGARD/PENTAMATION ENTERPRISES, INC.
The Council will consider renewing the contract with Sungard/Pentamation for financial system software and hardware and technical support at an estimated cost of $29,000.00.
9. ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 18, ZONING, ARTICLES 2, 5, 8 AND 18, PERTAINING TO THE DEFINITION OF THE TERM “DECK,” AND PROVIDING FOR REVISED SETBACKS FOR REAR-YARD DECKS IN THE RS-16, RS-12.5, RS-10 AND RTH ZONES
The Council will consider adopting a Proposed Ordinance to amend Chapter 18, Zoning, Articles 2, 5, 8 and 18, pertaining to the definition of the term “DECK,” and providing for revised setbacks for rear-yard decks in the RS-16, RS-12.5, RS-10 and RTH zones.
