ITEM NO. 2: Request for approval of a Master Sign Plan for Park Plaza located at 139-143 Park Street, SE, (Docket No. BAR-92-07), in the C-1 Local Commercial and the T Transition zoning districts; filed by Geoffrey Lewis, of DBI Architects, Inc.
ITEM NO. 3: Request for approval of exterior modifications to the Westwood Country Club swimming pool filter room shelter located at 800 Maple Avenue, E, (Docket No. BAR-93-07), in the RS-16 Single Family zoning district; filed by Bill Pfunder, of World Pool Server Inc.
