Starting Service
To start water and sewer services you will need to complete a customer agreement form and pay a refundable deposit of either $50 or $70, depending on the size of the water meter. The deposit is refunded to you after 3 years or when you move out, whichever comes first. There are three ways that you can start your service:
Online: Click here to fill out the form and pay your water service deposit online. Payment by debit/credit card only.

By Mail: Click here if you wish to fill out the form and pay your water service deposit by mail. Payment by check only.

In Person: Click here if you wish to visit us in person to fill out the form and pay your water service deposit. payment by cash, check or debit/credit card.
