The following are some of the complaints that the Zoning Technician can investigate:

1. Construction / renovation without a permit.
2. Changing the use of a building.
3. Improper placement / posting of signs, banners, poster, notices, flyers.
4. Additions, alterations, replacement, or relocation of any plumbing, mechanical, or electrical systems.
5. Vehicles improperly stored on private property.
