Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Attending the T/BLC ribbon cutting for HSBC Bank on Thursday, May 13th 2010 were (from left to right) Edythe Kelleher, Town of Vienna Mayor Jane Seeman, branch manager Hong Pham, and Bill Harrison.
The bank gave gifts of $7,500 to the Patrick Henry Library for its education program, and $7,500 to James Madison High School for its green environment club.
