The Town Council will hold a public hearing on proposed revisions to the 2009 Comprehensive Plan Map FCF-1 (Encouraged Locations for Telecommunications Facilities) through the addition of certain existing electrical transmission towers along the Washington & Old Dominion Trail Park, removal of one tower closest to the Town Green and the Town Green parcel itself, and accompanying text on page 74 of the Comprehensive Plan.

The Town Council will hold a public hearing on proposed revisions to Chapter 17, Subdivisions: Article 1, In General, Section 17-1, Definitions; Article 4, Design Standards, Section 17-41, Widths, Dedication of Roght-of-way; and Article 5, Improvements, Section 17-67, Improvements at the Subdivider's Cost; all pertaining to requirements for the installation of street trees.
