Welcome to WebTrac!
The Department of Parks and Recreation is pleased to offer WebTrac, our new online registration system. If you have any difficulties navigating the site please call 703-255-6360 for assistance.
WebTrac will allow everyone:
- To browse our activity listings
- To search for activities by: type, age range, location and other criteria
- To lookup details about any activity, e.g. prices, dates, times, locations, or even current numbers
WebTrac will also allow households that are already established in our registration database[1] to do the following:
- Enroll for most of our classes and activies
- Print a transaction history
- Reprint old receipts

[1] Generally, any household that has signed up for an activity with the Town of Vienna Community Center since January 1, 2006, will have an active account in our database. If you are unsure whether you are in our system, please call 703-255-6360 and ask one of our staff members.
